This hose has a 3/8-24 female inverted flare connection going to the body side. The 2 ports going across the rear axle are also 3/8-24 ports.If this is not clear or you have any questions please contact me prior to your purchase.** **upgrading or converting a 4 cylinder 79-93 models?** **Just as a side note for those upgrading or converting a 4 cylinder 79-93 models, the original drivers side brake line most likely has a 7/16-24 tube nut. You will need to make a provision to attach that to this new hose. Either an adapter or a new 3/8-24 tube nut  (recommended).** **This will also fit your Fox Body models originally equipped with a single exhaust system when changing your system to dual exhaust.  You may need additional modifications or changes for proper fitment - read below or contact me for help prior to your purchase. Be aware that they list some 1985 fitments to take a hose with a banjo bolt mount to the body side. This is not that style brake hose. Contact me for help if you are not sure or this is not clear. The body side of this hose is a 3/8-24 female inverted flare fitting.** **This hose can also work for the 1983/1984 Mustang & Capri models with 5.0L V8 engine & dual exhaust.** **This is a Brand New & Hard to Find Ford Mustang OEM Style replacement rear center Brake Hose** This is the hose that goes from the center of the rear end to the frame mounted hard line. It comes with a nice plated bracket that will help prevent rusting, plus it looks nice too! This is the hose to use if converting from a 4 cylinder setup to a V8 setup with dual rear exhaust mufflers & tailpipes. Additional modifications may be needed in this case, especially moving the location of the brake line that runs along the body to accommodate any interference of the exhaust system. Additional details, measurements: - Approx Length of exposed hose: 7.35 inches - Approx Overall Length including the fittings: 10.125 inches - Approximate vertical height when bottom of bracket is placed flat: 3.35-3.70" to center of the t-fitting Details on adapting to fit different model years: **This includes vehicles originally w/o dual exhaust and/or when swapping to an 8.8" rear end.** Be aware this hose is correct for for cars with the OEM 7.5" rear axle only. If you have an 8.8" axle upgrade, you will require a slight provision to accommodate this part (easily done) by using a small spacer/stand-off to account for the extra height of the 8.8 axle housing/cover.   Because of this, this  part is not an exact fit for an 8.8 rear end installed in a 1984 or 1985 Mustang until you accommodate the extra height to raise up the mounting bracket by 1/2" - 3/4".
