Professional installation is highly recommended. 3)Installation Instructions： 1. After receiving the rocker arm, first clean the electronic rocker arm filter screen. This filter is located inside the timing cover and secured with hexagon socket screws (see attached images for reference). 2. Install the rocker arm: No special tools required. Use an approximately 11mm socket wrench or a nut to hold the 4 springs on the rocker arm, compress the springs, and installation will be very easy. 3. When installing the 8 small plungers of the rocker arm, apply a small amount of high-viscosity grease to them. The purpose of the grease is to temporarily fix the plungers in place and prevent them from falling out during proper installation. 4. Ensure the small plungers move smoothly without jamming. This avoids the risk of valve damage (due to improper valve timing). 5. After installing the rocker arm, fill all 5 small holes with engine oil to facilitate quicker engine startup. Alternatively, disconnect the spark plugs and fuel injectors, then start the engine to activate the oil pump and allow the rocker arm to be fully lubricated with oil. 6. After complete installation, the engine can be started. You may notice: - Louder rocker arm noise - No idle speed - Randomly triggered fault codes Do not worry—these issues will resolve once the rocker arm is fully bled of air. The air bleeding process typically takes 2 hours for stabilization, and the engine will return to full normal operation by tomorrow morning. 7. Adhere to regular maintenance schedules. Use 5W-30 or 0W-30 engine oil (note: "5.300.30" is corrected to standard oil grades for clarity).
