Model A Ford Zenith 2 Carburetor by Holley of Detroit 1930 RARE Run Tested (G)

Selling an original Zenith 2 carburetor made by Holley of Detroit for Model A Ford cars and trucks over 90 years ago. The bowl has indented letters and a stepped rim  indicating a 1930 1931 production, but will run fine on all 4 years of production. It was bead blasted, passages cleaned and painted judging correct flat black gas proof paint. I then cleaned, threads and jets checked, parts replaced as needed and float checked for leaks and set properly. I have used as many original parts as possible to keep cost down and maintain some sort of originality. I have used a new original style teflon seat float valve, venture, correct cad fuel filter and a new GAV choke driver. It has original internals that have been checked and work fine. After rebuild it was test run on my 1931 Victoria, nice acceleration and idle. Please look at photos closely and feel free to ask questions, only ship to USA address. Credit given for good cores. Note that use of an air filter likely will cause engine to run rich, Ford did not put these on from the factory. Note that most slow drippy leaks start at fuel inlet and weep around bowl gasket to look like carburetor leaks. Check my other listings for more options
