This is an original cast iron sediment bulb for the Model A Ford! These were used at the beginning and end of production. This one has been taken apart, media blasted, and then correctly finished in Japan black coating (known as "Jappaning"). They've then been reassembled and have a new production stainless steel filter and new lead washer in place.
