Here is a New Old Stock (NOS) Meyer EZ Custom/Conventional lift frame for 03-07 Ford F650, F750 and 03-07 International 4200, 4300, 4400 trucks.  This lift frame would be used with the HM line of plows. This mount is NOS and is stored outside, so it will have scratches, chips in powdercoat and has surface rust in places from being moved around over the years. It is being sold as used because there are no returns for this item. Lift frame has never been installed on a vehicle. The lift frame is part of Meyer mount part number 17154 (this listing is just for the 19296 lift frame, not the 17154 mount). This lift frame was updated/replaced by the 19967 lift frame that fit 03-16 Ford F650, F750 and 03-16 International 4200, 4300, and 4400. The 19967 lift frame is significantly more expensive.
