We will mail it back on the next business with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day (unless you select Express shipping) and you will receive a tacking number. We pay for the return shipping. **Once we receive your cluster, it will be repaired and process within 1-2 days, and will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day the very next day (Monday-Friday).** **What We Need From You:** 1\. Your cluster instrument cluster. 2\. **It needs to be VERY well packaged! It will be returned to you in the exact same packaging as it arrived.** 3\. We do not have any instrument clusters for sale. 2\. **You are responsible to package your cluster in such a way that it will not be damaged.** 3. **You are responsible to ship your cluster in a secure way with tracking.** 4\. **If a cluster is damaged due to a prior attempted repair, we will try to repair it, but may not be able to. In this case, you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs to return it to you.** 5\.
