The unit is complete as shown in very nice condition with very minimal age and use wear. Natural cast aluminum body is very shiny and has a few minor blemishes. The small red Mallory cap is not cracked and is in very nice condition (NOTE The inner center carbon button looks flat and may need to be replaced) Everything turns freely and has a nice point movement and operation. Nice points and rotor. Nice gear teeth. Nice aluminum “Decal” style tag. (Typically 1980s and newer?) The cap clips are gold anodized. Mechanical advance. Has the original Mallory condenser which probably should be replaced. There is a little mark on the tip of the bottom oil pump tang. There is a little tarnish on the inner gold rotating plate. NOT TESTED Typically can be used in 1955 - 1996 Chevrolet 327 350 396 427 454 V8s but please do your own research to confirm.
