This is a used, genuine GM plug for the Chevy & GMC truck 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 engines. This plug replaces the vacuum line fitting on the back of the intake if you are converting to hydroboost or your vehicle has manual brakes (no vacuum brake booster). The plugs I sell are used but have been degreased and then detail cleaned with a cotton swab soaked in brake cleaner. They are ready to install as is with no further cleaning. I ship all parts in one day, and often the same day if the order is received soon enough.
