This product is found on stock LS-Based 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L truck applications, including the Trailblazer SS, with this pair coming from a 2004 Envoy 5.3L. OEM P/Ns 12600526 and 12600527, for reference. These manifolds were shot blasted, zinc prepped, and sprayed with KBS Coatings XTC (Xtreme Temperature Coating, 1200F continuous rated) paint in a beautiful matte metallic "aluminum"/silver color. Some minor blemishes exist due to handling. See photos for details. Mating surfaces were checked by myself and a professional machine shop (that did the blasting), and these were within OEM flatness specs for sealing against heads! Pricing reflects mechanical and cosmetic condition, but reasonable offers will be considered.
