If a return is initiated due to purchasing a module that has to be programmed or not knowing if it needs to be programmed, shipping fees both ways will be covered by the buyer, and a 20% restocking fee will occur. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.   No labor warranty is provided. The buyer must notify us within 30 days for any returns.   Item must be returned in the same original condition with all identifying marks and tamper proof tags. Returns due to our error will receive a full refund. All other returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and the buyer will pay original and return shipping.   Warranty on electronic devices is void if identifying mark is removed or has signs of tampering. In the event, a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.
