Shipping For items shipped via LTL Freight. Our freight carrier requires a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercial business address. If you cannot provide a commercial business address we offer a residential delivery service at a small extra charge to cover a lift gate and residential fee. Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, and undamaged. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving part. Return shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be returned to the buyer when it is the buyer's error, remorse, etc, (changed my mind, found a better price, don’t like it, ordered by mistake). The buyer will pay return shipping charges and original shipping charges, even if it is free shipping. The shipping charges will be taken out of the refund amount. If we have made a mistake, shipped the wrong item, part is defective, etc, we will resolve the issue at our cost. If a part fails to perform properly, please contact us before taking additional action. Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed. In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. **TRANMISSION WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE** Prior to installation of your used transmission, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Failure to provide proof these steps were taken will void any warranty. Pre-Installation Requirements: Replace all seals. Install new filter kit. Flush and inspect cooling lines. Align and engage torque converter into the front pump. Fill trans with manufacture specified fluid. Clear all transmission computer codes prior to starting or operating the vehicle. Adjust throttle position sensor cable. **ENGINE WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE** Prior to installation of your used engine, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Also please note while engines may come with accessories these are not covered under any warranty. Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. The warranty is void if engine's heat tab is melted or removed. Pre-Installation Requirements:Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. Replace oil, air, and fuel filters. Replace valve cover gaskets. Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. If needed replace timing gears, chains, or belts & gaskets. Replace thermostat & gasket. Flush cooling system and re-fill. Install new spark plugs & wires. Install new belts and hoses. Failure to provide proof any of these steps were not taken may void the warranty. Warranty All parts come with a standard 30 day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
