FTC cannot surpass the warranty period of the rebuilder or remanufacturer of the complete transmission. FTC’s sole obligation under this Warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, the defective Product at no charge to the customer. This warranty will be null and void if repair or replacement is required because of improper installation, accident, physical and, or, neglect, misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended use for which the Product was designed, or if the Product has been dismantled, altered and, or, repaired by the customer or any third party. \*\*We do offer a Lifetime warranty. \*\*Within 30 days of receipt, you may return products that are in the original packaging, have not been used, installed, or disassembled, are not damaged due to incorrect installation, and do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return is a result of our error or if the part is defective. In the case of defective part within one year of purchase date you may either exchange for the same part or get full refund. Buyer pays shipping to return defective part.
