Column completely disassembled and rebuilt: outer tube, shift collar, beadblasted. Column tube painted satin black. Upper housing, and lower collar in primer...buyer responsible for final painting. All sliders/bearings greased, tilt anchor screws tightened. Column has orig key cylinder w/key(removed) and delay wiper turn signal lever. Includes firewall mating plate w/bolts.
