This is a used item that shows some weathering. No holes and still protects from rain/wind/dust effectively. No holes or tears in the vinyl. One of the 6 straps that fastens to the lower frame on the rear passenger/drivers side tore off immediately after I purchased new. Could be resown by an upholstery repair person or industrial sewing machine or other. I used it with the defect for a few years and never noticed any issue with weather protection. Detached strap is included in case you want to repair it. Only reason I'm selling is had to sell my Jeep. There is no rear tire cover as shown in manufacturer photo. Thats a separate item. Sorry, no refunds. The item works and I'll stand by everything I described. I don't want to deal with return shipping if you decide you don't want it.
