Engine and/or transmission must be shipped back complete as it was when received. - Prior to the engine/transmission being shipped back to us, we require photos. - We will be responsible to either replace or fix the defective part only, at our discretion. Your mechanic is at no point in time authorized to disassemble our engine/transmission unless otherwise noted. - A refund or replacement will be issued ONLY after receiving the item back to our warehouse, complete as it was when originally shipped. - **FREE SHIPPING applies to the lower 48 states only! NOT INCLUDING HI, AK, PR and remote areas in the lower 48 states!** - Freight trucking lines are used for transportation of your item from our warehouse in Belleville, NJ to their destination.
