This is a nice parking brake handle that came with an International Scout I bought in pieces. Some research shows these were definitely an international part but more commonly used on the trucks, Metro and Travelall. These may have also been used on the Scout. It cycles through its range of motion as it should. The cable is probably usable but does have a few kinks in it.
