For freight shipments, the listed shipping rate is to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift only. Shipping companies will not allow removal from the truck without a loading dock or forklift due to insurance reasons. Any freight shipments to a non-commercial address or commercial address without loading dock or forklift will incur an additional surcharge to cover the lift gate/non-commercial fee (ranging from $50-$200).Picking up freight at a local freight terminal is also an option for little or no additional charge.
