If you order an item too large or heavy for regular mail such as an engine, transmission, transfer case, etc., it will need to ship via freight. For freight shipments, the listed shipping rate is to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift only. Shipping companies will not allow removal from the truck without a loading dock or forklift due to insurance reasons. Any freight shipments to a non-commercial address or commercial address without loading dock or forklift will incur an additional surcharge to cover the lift gate/non-commercial fee (ranging from $50-$200).Picking up freight at a local freight terminal is also an option for little or no additional charge.
