Used but almost brand new. I used this only a couple winters in storage and under a roof, The material this is I'm not really certain? But looks, feels durable and feels waterproof. I purchased this cover for my ice cream high roof Dodge Promaster 2500 van for winter storage when I wasn't doing any business in the winter selling ice cream as this type business is seasonal and I originally purchased as I can recall for $200+ but will sell for $80.00 this shouldn't be too difficult to ship as gross weight counting the bag it's in is around 14 #pounds and in bag standing is 33''-34''.
