There is no handling fee ever. ## There is a 1 year unlimited mile replacement warranty. ## **Return Policy:** ## a) All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the official, unique seal attached to the unit (to verify it comes from Transfer Case King) ## b) A full refund is valid 14 days after purchase should the product not work out so long as it is undamaged ## c) If an order is placed in error, purchaser is responsible only for shipping (outgoing and returning). There is no handling fee ## d) Core must be returned within 30 days, otherwise warranty is void.   Prepaid return tag is provided with product
