Older HID Kit that has been used on a 1996 Volkswagen GTI. Comes with 2 sets of bulbs (1 set clear and 1 set blue tint) which are either H7 or 9007 (unsure which they are). Ballasts are the nicer German Philips units vs Chinese made. Was working when removed before car was sold many years ago. Marking condition as For Parts or Not Working since they are used and unsure of bulb model (e.g. H7 vs 9007).
