This cylinder head will interchange with the following vehicles with a 4.3L engine: Chevrolet Astro Chevrolet Blazer Chevrolet S10 This cylinder head also interchanges with all marine applications with a 4.3L engine years 2005-2014. The head has been rebuilt and is ready to be installed. The head is disassembled, washed, and pressure tested, and painted. We replace all valve stems (replace valve guides as necessary), performed a valve job and milled the head.
