GM 2013-UP 6L80 6L80E 6L90 6L90E Pump and Bell Housing Assembly No Core Required

Casting numbers 24248033 or 24248034. \*Does not fit Corvette or Diesel applications\* \*\*NO CORE CHARGE\*\* Pump and bellhousing assembly are machined using Haas CNC and DMC equipment, in house, to ensure quality. All parts are washed, bellhousing to engine surface is cut to ensure true mating surfaces for other machining processes and when mounting transmission to engine block. Pump pocket and worm track surfaces are machined to specification. Both surfaces are cut to match so that OE specifications are achieved to allow for proper end play settings during installation back onto the transmission. New pump bushing and seal are installed. Slide and rotor kit are installed. Stator gasket is updated from OE paper to a foamet metal coated gasket. New pressure regulator valve and boost valve are installed. These valves are vacuum tested to ensure no leakage. Stator assembly is reinstalled on the bellhousing using a special alignment tool to ensure proper fit and operation when installed in transmission.
