These came on my recently purchased 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium. The boards and brackets are in good condition, but the mounting bolts and nuts had some rust. I'll include all the hardware, but if i were you, i would just purchase replacement nuts and bolts. FYI, one bolt did break when uninstalling from my vehicle, but a handy person should be able to unseize and remove the broken bolt. Perfect dog not included :)
