This is a rechromed original part. It is not perfect but a real nice part. I tried to show some of the blemishes but they are hard to show. There is no pitting on the chrome side but some on the rear side that has been brushed with a rust inhibitor. This does not come with any mounting hardware or center rubber molding. I do have other 1964 Plymouth parts and a few 63 parts if anyone is interested I can list those just let me know your needs thanks.
