Don't know much about it except that it's been sitting on a shelf for years. And was likely on a 360 or 390 FE. Missing the plunger that sticks thru the top plate. Missing the choke butterfly linkage to the arm. Otherwise everything looks to be there. Butterflies open and close. Nothing looks seized. Sorry, no returns.
