IF you remove the compressor's front nose cone / front head the shaft seal can be removed without a special shaft seal remover tool. The easiest way to remove the shaft seal is to open the compressor case housing & drive the shaft seal out from behind (inside the compressor). Then replace the "included" center case housing O-Ring and bolt the compressor back together. The 2 included Manifold Gasket O-Rings may be different on "some" compressor applications.
