(This DOES NOT include replacing the LCD due to cosmetic damage) If a replacement display is needed, refer to our listing which includes the replacement LCD Display Assembly at additional cost. - Loss of speed signal from cluster causing over-drive light to flash or illuminate as well as incorrect shifting of transmission. **NOT included in service** - Repair of Odometer reading ERROR. Message us if the Odometer reading ERROR is an issue - Programming or changing of mileage number. (We do have the capability to do so if needed due to a dead or corrupted unit at additional costs) - Replacing PSOM circuit board or EPROM chip \\*\\* Replacing cluster with another used cluster will only come with or begin to have the same issues. Let us repair your unit and maintain your original mileage. **What the repair consists of...** - Full "PSOM" circuit board repair including replacements of several components with updated and new (Capacitor's... Etc) - We run all functions for 20-30 miles, checking operation and outgoing speed before and after repair \*\*If your cluster has been previously repaired it may now need replacement parts that are available at additional costs. **STEPS in the process:** **Reference the removal instructions in photos to remove the Speedometer Head from the Cluster. This listing is for ONLY the Speedometer head, DO NOT mail the entire cluster, there is another listing for the entire unit at an additional cost.** - Purchase our repair service. ("estimated arrival time" is not accurate because you are not outright buying an item. The quicker you mail in your unit the quicker it is mailed back) - The**A****DDRESS** with important instructions will be messaged to you shortly after purchase, -please be patient with this, we are an actual shop and a person sends the message, it is not electronically automatic. -If the Speedometer is not sent with the requested information, you might experience a delay in turnaround and possible warranty void. - Mail in your Speedometer. -The customer pays for shipping both ways. Package well, we cannot be liable for damage due to lack of proper packaging.   -Again, Not including the requested information from the message can cause a big delay in turnaround, warranty void and worse case mix-up units with other units mailed in. - How long do we need it? We will get to work on your unit upon arrival as quickly as possible, we try to keep turnaround within 24 business days considering the condition of your circuit board, workload, holidays and weekends. - Our priority is to focus on servicing each unit as quickly and efficiently as possible, unless we have to reach out about a problem, the update you receive is a notification for the return tracking number.
