The product is a vintage Ford 428 Police Interceptor engine This bare block, with the manufacturer part number C6ME-A, I took this out of a 1966 police interceptor police car, In 1979 I intended to rebuild but went with a C block instead. It’s been garbage kept ever since. never bored This is the same block that was in the 1967 GT500, Engine: A 428 cubic-inch Ford Police Interceptor V8 (FE big-block) before cobra jet webbing came out with the C block. This is a C6ME-A 428 bare block Date code 6F3 pictured (1966- June 3rd) A is casted into the back of the block pictured Block still has factory bore of 4.13 Great block for restoration car or street rod needs bored and rebuilt.
