This is the desirable Windsor Aluminum Plant (WAP) casting, one of Ford’s later-production aluminum modular blocks and a proven foundation for high-performance builds. Unlike many “mystery condition” cores, this block has been **personally measured with a Mitutoyo bore gauge** and is confirmed to still be at **factory standard bore (90.2 mm)**. You’re starting with a block that’s not already worn out or over-bored.
