The motor moves back and forth when vacuum is applied but the shaft has been cut off. Great for parts. The inner casting is the toughest piece to get. The fact that it cycles back and forth shows the casting is like in good condition.** **Folberth Junior model Wiper motors were very popular with custom bodied car builders in the late 1920's to early 1930's. 1931-32-33 Packard is the most mass produced of these.
