Penny vain (powder coated) F22 94-97 & F23 98-02 Honda VTEC Valve Cover F Series Please keep in mind that these valve covers are 25+ years old so some might have some oxidation and tarnishing on the inside but all have been cleaned All valve covers have been chemical stripped & not sandblasted before powder coating so there will be no worry’s for Debris in the oil galleys. Does not come with bolts or the gasket but I recommend installing with new before install.
