Includes drill bit, counter-bore, ST HSS thread tap, tap guide, and five M12 – 1.75 x 12 mm flanged threaded inserts.. there are 4 inserts.. I used once.. last picture is what it looked like before I opened it .. I have resealed it with clear tape I was happy in the end because this worked even though the insert felt loose when I threaded it in.. I used a big gob of Red Locktite and screwed in the new 12mm bolt with a fiber washer .. once I hand tightened the bolt it snugged up nicely and I have since put about 500 miles on my little '98 Toyota Tacoma without a single drop of leakage .. I was quoted over $800 to replace the oil pan .. and opted this route .. I spent $109 on this once they added taxes .. There is one decent youtube video online .. don't attempt this by hand .. I used a cordless drill . be careful cleaning the hole before tapping it .. if the threaded insert feel loose .. use your finger to spin it in to seat it .. then put your new bolt in by hand and then snug it up .. overall .. I felt the tool used to thread in the insert didn't work like I believed it would but I was able to secure the new bolt tightly in the end.. the insert just kept spinning on the tool .. feel free to ask questions
