DURALAST H9-AGM 950 CCA 1000 CA PLATINUM HEAVY DUTY BATTERY DEAD!!! HAS WARRANTY

Bought on 4/24. See sticker on the side. Has only a year and 9 months into owning it. Not even used for more than a month, sat in a truck all this time, and now it doesn’t have power. Was tested at Autozone where I bought it, and they told me the battery itself is no good… see all the details on the sticker test results… Has a three year warranty only a year and a half into the warranty just about, and Autozone won’t honor the warranty because I cannot find the receipt even though the info is right there on the side. **I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT, I DO NOT HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER NOR EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS BATTERY - DO NOT ASK!!!!!!!! IF I KNEW THESE THINGS I WOULD HAVE A BRAND NEW BATTERY SWAPPED OUT FOR ME AT AUTO ZONE!!!!!!!!** Maybe you personally know someone who works at an autozone who could help, or you know how to fix batteries… But you would need to know somebody personally to do you the favor to honor the warranty. I tried calling corporate. Autozone appears to be like a Dunkin Donuts sort of thing… privately owned franchise, with no real link to a corporate business structure that has communication with customers. I tried to call the corporate number. Got me nowhere. Maybe you have answers, because this battery is essentially brand new. Not even used a full three weeks. **FOR THE RECORD YOU ARE BUYING THIS BATTERY KNOWING THAT IT IS DEAD, NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED, DEFECTIVE OR NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!! READ THAT AGAIN!!!!!!! I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS BATTERY WILL OR WILL NOT WORK!!!!!! It is a strong battery, the most powerful battery Duralast makes, and it probably requires a high power trickle charger to power up, like a Genius 10. I have a genius 5 and it couldn’t power it up. Powered it up once, gave it the green light, it sat around a while after and no more green light.**
