Return Shipping Charges and Original Shipping Charges will not be returned to the buyer when it is the buyer's error, remorse, etc, (changed my mind, found a better price, don’t like it, ordered by mistake).   The buyer will pay return shipping charges and original shipping charges, even if it is free shipping.   The shipping charges will be taken out of the refund amount. If we have made a mistake, shipped the wrong item, part is defective, etc, we will resolve the issue at our cost. If a part fails to perform properly, please contact us before taking additional action. Our parts are tested and did work on the donor vehicle, we will first assist you or your mechanic to verify the correct installation and programing procedure has been completed.  In the unlikely event a part fails within the term of the warranty we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. **SPEEDOMETER/INSTRUMENT CLUSTER** If you run into an issue with a used speedometer you purchased from us, make sure you have reprogrammed it first before starting a return or claiming it is defective.   Reprogramming it to your vehicle is a must! **A/V EQUIPMENT INFO/GPS SCREENS** We do **NOT** provide any unlock codes.   You will need to call a dealership if any of our A/V equipment needs one.   Any A/V equipment purchased may need to be reprogrammed. **AIR BAGS** We provide an invoice/receipt with every purchase in case it is needed for inspection.   It provides the donor VIN from the vehicle the air bag is pulled from.   You can find the invoice behind the UPS label on the box. **TRANMISSION WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE** Prior to installation of your used transmission, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Failure to provide proof these steps were taken will void any warranty.  Pre-Installation Requirements: Replace all seals. Install new filter kit. Flush and inspect cooling lines. Align and engage torque converter into the front pump. Fill trans with manufacture specified fluid. Clear all transmission computer codes prior to starting or operating the vehicle. Adjust throttle position sensor cable. **ENGINE WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION PROCEDURE** Prior to installation of your used engine, we require these steps be taken for the warranty to be valid. Also please note while engines may come with accessories these are not covered under any warranty. Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking. The warranty is void if engine's heat tab is melted or removed. Pre-Installation Requirements:Drain and replace engine oils to manufacture suggested levels. Replace oil, air, and fuel filters. Replace valve cover gaskets. Replace oil pan gasket and rear main seal. If needed replace timing gears, chains, or belts & gaskets. Replace thermostat & gasket. Flush cooling system and re-fill. Install new spark plugs & wires. Install new belts and hoses. Failure to provide proof any of these steps were not taken may void the warranty. **WARRANTY** All parts come with a standard 30 day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
