This is a complete unit. I took it apart because the rotors wouldn't spin (seized bearings), and so I can ship it in 2 boxes, otherwise it was too heavy to handle. You can see some damage on the flange where the carbs would mount. Some machining will be needed to bring it down to flat metal. It needs new bearings, etc. In other words plan on a full rebuild.
