The donor car could not be run, so the transmission has not been tested. The hydraulic system is not included. The rear mounting tabs are both completely broken off. There are some scrapes and a bent bracket on the underside of the trans, and there is one broken tab on the right side of the housing. The transmission moves smoothly, by hand. The other mounting points are undamaged. Details can be viewed in the photos. Production for the "model year" usually begins in September of the previous calendar year, so if you have a 1995 model BMW it will have been produced anywhere between 9/94 - 8/95. Some cars begin their production earlier than September, such as the first year production for a new model. For example, if we say the part fits 04/95 - 99 it will fit those cars with a production date of April 1995 to 1999 model year cars.
