Complete 4.6L 3V Cylinder Heads from a 2006 Mustang GT Listed is a pair of OEM cylinder heads removed from a 4.6L 3V Modular V8 engine, as found in 2005–2009 Mustang GT applications. Both heads are complete assemblies and include the factory camshafts, cam phasers, cam caps, and VVT solenoids. These heads were pulled from an engine that seized after water sat in the cylinders, causing internal rust. As a result, the heads and components show mild surface rust and corrosion consistent with moisture exposure. They have not been cleaned or reconditioned and are being sold as-is. This set would be ideal as a core for a full rebuild, porting project, or refresh. A machine shop inspection and reconditioning is recommended prior to installation.
