J&M MACHINE SHOP carries thousands of cylinder heads and parts in stock at all times. We offer FREE Shipping to the lower 48 states ONLY. Simply place your old cylinder head in the box with the packaging from the re-manufactured cylinder head that you just received. That’s right simply re-use the packing material and box to send you old cylinder back to us. The shipping label will be in the box, peel and stick over the old one. Take package to the nearest shipping location. We will accept your cylinder head in any condition, we just need it complete with all the parts. For example if your cylinder head came with camshafts, your core needs to be returned with camshafts. We accept cracked, warped, or  damaged cores as part of the exchange agreement. J&M Engine does not cover bad installations. Always make sure that you have used the correct parts for the installation of your cylinder head, if your not sure which parts those are call us. We can easily add them to your order. A good installation will make sure that the cooling system is in place and that the hoses, water pump, thermostat, and radiator are in GOOD working condition. If you are using old or damaged parts with your new installation that might VOID your warranty. Inspect well all the adjacent components. DO NOT overheat the cylinder head! If the HEAT TABS are removed or melted the warranty will be VOID. Make sure not to cause damage by overheating, forgetting to lubricate well or not properly cleaning to parts. Make sure that your head gaskets are not leaking because it will void the warranty. Maintain the coolant and make sure all maintenance to vehicle is performed. We do not cover labor, rentals, tow charges or diagnosis.
