The second plug is for the added features.** **THIS controller IS FOR BOSS****VEE****plows with the 9 pin plug** **I also make them for the straight blades and almost any other plow brand** **The OPTIONAL wireless remote is ONLY INCLUDED  with BuyItNow** **The cord is** **a straight cord and AROUND 30" LONG.** **board is internally fused with self resetting fuses.** **The wing buttons work like the western/fisher where you press the wing button once for one direction and press again for the other direction and so on. I do have one with individual wing buttons (shown but not included in this listing in the last picture). Both models have the wireless remote option.** **there is no double tap on the up and down function on these.** **The FLOAT kicks in with only holding the down button for 3/4 second.** **These are capable of turning on an external relay for auxiliary lighting.** **On the wireless remote, the float is instant and the wing in and out are individual buttons.** **The main controller is completely MADE IN THE USA !
