Used condition. Comes with everything you see on it. The lights, wiring, battery tray, chrome bezels. NO mounting bolts, brackets, shims or anything else needed to mount this to your vehicle. ONLY what you see in the pictures of the front bumper assembly being offered. Been sitting for many years so I cannot guarantee the lights work or any of the wiring needs to be replaced. This item is extremely heavy. One person can pick it up and move it. I'm guessing at the weight but it feels like 80 pounds
