transmission adapter plate and 29551655 GENUINE ALLISON AUTOMATIC GEAR & FLEXPLATE FLYWHEL FOR GM 6.0 gm gas engine to allison 2000 sereis automatic transmission 29551163. Also comes with the flexplate spacer. There’s a small dent in the spacer from when I was prying against it to remove my balancer. Slides on crank file though. Came on an gen 4 ls I bought and do not need it.
