Today I'm selling this   4 Hour Twin Disc DVD Set that will take you through building a Stock or a High Performance Racing  400 Turbo   Automatic Transmission  /  Complete teardown naming all parts and components.    You will rebuild every clutch drum like the Forward Clutch and the Direct Clutch Drum by removing all the clutches, piston and retainer, removing all lip seals, then showing how to install the lip seals and install the piston and retainer back into the clutch drum,   You will deal with bushings, washers and bearing throughout the build / You will watch all components be named and remove these parts and components along with several small parts not mentioned. Case  /  front pump  /   Forward clutch drum  /  Direct clutch drum  /  center support  /  rear band  /  output carrier assembly with output shaft  /  servos  /  valve body both types one stock and the other a JW Performance                     " Trans-Brake Valve Body "   /  shift linkage  /  output housing  /  governor  /   JW Performance Racing Performance Torque Converter  /   Every part and component will be removed, disassembled and rebuilt with some special performance parts from JW Performance to make them best for Racing Every component that has clutches will be taken apart and rebuilt with new seals,  sealing rings and lip seals. You will  see  how to replace all those seals.   All clutches will be checked for clearance and you will see how to preform that function.   You will be shown how every part will fit back into the case with flat washers and torrington bearings that came out of the trans, and to get the proper clearance between each part installed.   You will be shown the proper way to rebuild the front pump and the proper way to install the pump into the case. You will be shown the JW Performance Trans Brake valve body up close and see the machining JW preformed.    You will learn what drums and pistons need to be drilled for racing performance.    You will learn all torque values and numbers.    You will see JW Performance Racing Torque Converter and watch it installed.   You will be taught how to use the JW Performance Trans-Brake and what not to do.   You will be taken to a professional transmission shop and watch the transmission being Dynoed.                                    You will learn all there is to know to build your own stock or High Performance 400 Turbo.
