Local pickup only. I live in middletown PA 17057, but i can meet in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg, Lebanon areas. I believe this is a LTA-03656 push frame that would fit a 88-00 chevy 2500 trucks, please look at the pictures and verify this on your own. I was told it came off of a 1998 2500 series truck. NO bolts included.
