Throttle shaft is froze up. Probably needs some heat. Core for rebuilding. This will fit many QuadraJets 1975-1978 BOP style. Has the post at the bottom of the throttle shaft for a Turbo 350 kickdown cable, which makes me think it would be more for a Firebird or Cutlass than a big car with a turbo 400. R03
