It was removed from a running, driving 2008 M6 Coupe with ~93k miles. The hydraulic system has been removed and is not included. The transmission was tested in first gear and reverse before removal. It had a major service performed prior to removal. The housing has no cracks or breaks, and all mounting points are intact. The clutch slave cylinder is also not included. Production for the "model year" usually begins in September of the previous calendar year, so if you have a 1995 model BMW it will have been produced anywhere between 9/94 - 8/95. Some cars begin their production earlier than September, such as the first year production for a new model.
