This is the Oem Bmw rear panel hardtop mount cover insert gray (left driver side) out of a 2003 325ci convertible. It is in good condition with no damage maybe some light wear for the year. This goes on the top of the rear panel and covers the smaller area where a removable hardtop would mount. This is the square style cover typically found on early year convertibles. 00-03.   Will fit E46 Model convertibles. 00-06 323 325 328 330 M3. Please note, weekends are not business days.
