Our refurbished hubcaps are completely sanded down to remove all scratches and loose paint, then painted with professional grade automotive enamel paint. It's really hard to tell them from brand new caps, actually. This is not a side line or hobby business. We are in the trenches everyday, cleaning, painting, posting product, and answering questions.
