Blizzard 810PP 41041 Pivot Beam Weldment PowerHitch 1 Snow Plow 8-10 B52151 CORE

Here is a Blizzard Pivot Beam Weldment for an early Blizzard PowerHitch 810PP (Power Plow) part number 41041.  This Pivot Beam will only work on a Blizzard Power Hitch 1 810PP. This is being sold as a core as some of the metal on this pivot beam should be replaced as you can see from the pictures. This did come from a working plow. The metal around the hole where the hoses pass through the pivot beam weldment needs replaced.  The current part number is B52151, as far as I can tell they are the same, except for the pass through hose hole location. The hole that the hoses pass through on this Pivot Beam weldment is towards the bottom side of the weldment on each side. The current B52151 pivot beam weldment hole for the hoses to pass through is right in the center of the height of the weldment. This came off an early 810 plow, from somewhere around 2002 or 2003 and had 4 hoses going to each wing. The newer 810 plows only had 2 hoses going to each wing.  There is some wear in the pivot points and most of the pivot beam is covered in rust. The holes where the trip spring mounted are worn (see pictures).  This will only work on PowerHitch 1 plow (the lights can stay on the truck when the plow is disconnected from the truck). **This will not work on a PowerHitch 2 plow (lights stay on the plow when plow is disconnected from the truck).** If you are unsure if this will work for your plow, ask me before buying.
