If in fact freight is damaged you MUST REFUSE shipment! LTL/ Freight Shipments “quoted” price includes business to business shipping with out lift gate service.( That means you have to have a forklift, loading dock, or other means of removing skid without the assistance of the driver. Other wise lift gate service can be added for an additional $100.00. If shipping to residence with or without lift gate service you will need an additional quote.
